Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options
Florida's universal Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO) program provides state-funded Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) to all K-12 students. These accounts, managed by authorized Scholarship Funding Organizations, can be used for a wide variety of educational expenses. Eligibility for the program is open to all students, but participants cannot be enrolled in both the FES-EO and FES-UA programs at the same time.

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities
Florida offers an Education Savings Account (ESA) for students with special needs through its Family Empowerment Scholarship program. This state-funded account, managed by an approved Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO), gives parents the flexibility to pay for a wide range of educational services and therapies. Enrollment in this program is exclusive, meaning a student cannot be simultaneously enrolled in other Florida scholarship programs like FES-EO or FES-UA.
