    The Creating Hope and Opportunity for Our Students’ Education (CHOOSE) Act of 2024

    Alabama's 2023 CHOOSE Act establishes an education savings account program. Eligible homeschool families receive up to $2,000 per student to cover educational expenses such as private school, tutoring, online courses, and educational materials.
